- Plan, develop and implement operational strategies to improve the Port’s competitive position and profitability in the operational areas.
- Lead the operational areas and functions through significant cultural and operational change programs in order to deliver the Port’s strategic plan and targets
- Ensure that the appropriate infrastructure and asset management strategies are developed and implemented to deliver safe, efficient and reliable operations of the Port’s plant, equipment and buildings.
- Continually review operational processes and activities to identify and implement the appropriate cost-effective utilization of technological solutions.
- Lead and promote strategies which prioritize health, safety and environmental, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures at all times.
- Identify, manage and review business risks associated with, but not restricted to, areas of responsibility.
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring the necessary aspects of operational activities, ensuring legal compliance at all times.
- Establish and effectively communicate operational performance plans and objectives for the Port and ensure these are regularly reviewed.
- Develop effective relationships with customers in order to deliver the required levels of service and to identify existing customer business growth opportunities.
Overseeing and planning all terminal systems, adapting the input and output of all business processes and achieving the integrity among all systems (CMMS/M&R, ERP/HR&Finance, TAS/HR, TOS/OPERATIONS, Billing/Billing Dept and Procurement System/Procurement)
I am responsible for implanting and raising the performance of all operating systems those run a terminal (TOS “CATOS”, Billing “in-house system IPBS integrated with TOS”, CMMS “ROMMS (CMMS, Finance and HR)-in-house developed and integrated with the others”). I identify and prioritize development and production support activities.
I take responsibility for establishing organizational structure of the IT departments such that it will efficiently support the business line use of technology including assisting in training and establishing clear accountabilities. I define & manage the annual OPEX & CAPEX budget inclusive of budget forecasting for long term plans of the organization. I take part in identifying, recommending, developing & implementing short and long-term cost effective technology solutions, objectives, and operating procedures in coordination with other decision makers in other departments. In addition, I define and implement all required IT Policies & procedures.
Alternatively, as a Business Process Manager, I manage the entire business of all IT software services required by the business organization along with its underlying components cohesively assuring that the software service solution is considering every aspect of service (and not just the individual technology silos) Assuring that the software service is delivering the required functionality and service levels to the concerned users, business partners or customers. This involves ensuring that all
software business services implemented go through a software service life cycle from analyzing,
designing, transitioning, operating and ensuring continuous service improvement.

Main responsibility was leading and managing team for analysis and high-level software development design. i was responsible for the vision that underlies the solution and the execution of that vision into the solution. i supervised who designs the overall architecture of the system, selected the appropriate tools and products to facilitate the development and implementation of the system.
In addition, i supervised the programmers who perform a variety of programming assignments requiring knowledge of established programming procedures and data processing requirements.

1- Billing system: analyzing all rules and procedures of the local port and customs and building billing system to match the tariffs and the operation, General Cargo System Development .
2- DB admin, to assure the high availability of the systems and DBs.
As a database administrator, i generally oversee all aspects of the database system of the company which would include anything from initial database architecture design through implementation, administration, monitoring, tuning, backup, migration, and support. As a developer, my main responsibility is analysis and high-level software development design. i designed the overall architecture of the system, selected the appropriate tools and products to facilitate the development and implementation of the system

most of theoretical and many practical concepts and ideas of IT Purposes and products had been provided by my university and now i 'm using it in my jobs in simulating some products functions and saving time and money
