Managed a large scaled project (Electronic Image-Base Cheque Clearing System
"eCheck Project") in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia "As a Technical Manager".
• Managed the implementation of the pilot phase of the eCheck project and installed NCR
applications in the Saudi Monetary Agency, SAMA Bank, Al Rajhi Bank and SAMBA. This
includes Database installation, Database creation and Database parameterization.
• Implemented check processing project at National Bank of Kuwait - Jeddah.
• Presented NCR eCheck solution to most of the Saudi banks which was the key to win
the project in majority of Saudi banks
• Prepared technical documents related to the eCheck project (SRS and SOW).
• Replied most of the RFPs received from the Saudi banks.
• Managed different POCs in Saudi.
• Played a major role in winning most of the Saudi banks to provide an eCheck solution.
