• To oversee entire operation of all F&B departments.
• Finalize the operational budgets and monitor the same.

• Ensure that the entire F&B team is trained in all hygiene standards. As well as the Correct chemical usage
& form an integral part of the hotel's HACCP and Health Safety.
• Champion the hotel's recycling and garbage segregation program
• Working closely with the Financial Manager, Facilities Manager &HR Manager.
