• Planning, implementing, executing, and finalizing projects that are assigned to the team annually for continuous improvement on the company processes according to established guidelines, deadlines and within budget.
• Define, implement and maintain business processes and procedures to meet business objectives.
• Use best practices to carry out business process analysis, re-engineering, process measurements and change management activities.
• Analyzing the work flows within and across all departments to determine how the entire company can work better together and develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
• Monitoring and Reviewing of the performance management system for all the company departments and it`s KPIs to determine ways to improve their ability to maintain company operations
• Monitoring of all projects that happens within the company aiming at the flawless execution of the projects.
• Defining project`s quality measures, overseeing quality control and implementation throughout the project’s life cycle and analyzing quality records to develop the needed preventive actions.
