*Assist with document control procedures

* providing reports using three softwares: ProfiTrace, As-Interface Analyzer and Safety Bus.

Cost Control in (Pepsi Project) :

Key Role:

• Supervise the Implementation of and Implement all Department policies, processes, systems, standards, cost control procedures and internal controls, so that the Department objectives are accomplished safely, reliably and cost effectively.

• Provide inputs to the Department Manager for the development of Budgets, Work plans and specific tools for the Department in order to follow the project costs so as to estimate total forecasts, quantity costs and expected outcomes
• Prepare and generate monthly status reports on progress of projects
• Execute all Project Cost Control functions to ensure all projects are within budgeted cost parameters
• Develop an effective project plan template that can be utilized to schedule development, control and critical path analysis In order to ensure project milestones are achieved
• Provide risk analysis on all Project contracts, as required by the Department Manager in order to highlight the items with the most significant impact on the project costs
