• Rereading the bidding and note comments then send it to the consultant to modify.
• Receiving clarifications from vendors and answer it.
• Reading the vendors’ bid proposals to check if they meet our requirements.
• Negotiate with the vendors about the deviation points to reach an agreement.
Upgrade East Control Center (2019 - now)
• Receiving clarifications, BOQ and submittals from vendor (General Electric \[GE\]), revise it, note comments, discuss with consultant (DNV) and send it back.
• Supervise vendor works on site.
• Attend offshore and onshore training courses on GE scada system.
• Attend FAT inspection on GE Scada System and test all servers, workstations, cabinets, performance, hardware components and system applications.
• One year OJT (on job training) with GE.
Upgrade Middle Control Center (2020 - now)
• Receiving clarifications, BOQ and submittals from vendor (Schneider Electric \[SE\]), revise it, note comments, discuss with consultant and send it back.
• Negotiate the required devices and applications with SE.
Upgrade West Control Center (2018 - now)
• Receiving clarifications, BOQ and submittals from vendor (Siemens), revise it, note comments, discuss with consultant (TPESCO) and send it back.
• Negotiate the required devices and applications with Siemens.
• Negotiate the way to connect this control center to other control centers using different Scada systems via ICCP.
• Responsible for all electrical elements and equipment in an area of more than 10, 000 acre.
• Responsible for a generation power station and its generators using Deepsea control panels, level up the voltage through transformers then feed the land using MV Switchgears.
• Expert in Medium Voltage Levels, find and fix Cables or Transmission Lines (OHL) Faults.
• Design and study MV loads to choose the suitable isolators, electricity towers category, underground cables and OHL. Supervising and implementing all works needed to feed the site with electricity, Modify electricity cables or OHL paths in the site according to new design.
• Follow standard rules in laying, bury Cable and installing electricity towers and tightening Transmission lines.
• High experience in Low Voltage level, troubleshooting and fixing distribution and operation panels, find and fix cable faults
• Study LV loads then select and install all needed electrical components for this place.
• High experience in Motors and pumps (submersible and surface) from 5 hp to 150 hp like: Grundfos, Franklin, Dap and Caprari and its required water pipeline.
• High experience in Transformers like: Toc, Maco, Matelec and ABB.
• High experience in Star-Delta, Soft-start, VFD and auto-transformer electrical Motor panels.
• High experience in design and assemble distribution panels and classic control concepts.
• Good experience in Generators (50 to 1000 KVA) like: Cummins, Perkins and CAT.
• Supervise and implement 110 kw Solar power stations (Jinko - JA).
• Organizing work and making a plan for it.

• Installing servers inside racks. Connect servers, switches, firewalls, Clock GPS, printers and workstations using Ethernet and Serial cables such as (CAT6, CAT6E, fiber cables, RS232, RS422).
• Setting up workstations and servers operating system (Microsoft windows, Microsoft windows server, Esxi, Linux …) with license activation.
• Configure workstations and servers, Install and configure GE applications.
• Install and configure third party applications (Mcafee End Point, Device42, PRTG, SMS gateway, Nessus ….).
• Building up ADMS system using GE (Alstom) e-terra application (Eterra-Source, Eterra-Archive, Eterra-Distribution, Eterra-Browser, Eterra-Scada, Eterra-trust ….).
