•Peer reviewer of submitted designs by Consultants / Developers for Villas and Towers to ensure project codes, standards, procedures and design qualities are followed.
•Involvement in regular meetings with Developers / Consultants for any queries / information required related to TPQ Design standards.
•Review of design requests for additions, deletions, or changes to the original designs.
•Review of Material Submittal and As-Built drawings submissions for towers.
•Overseeing construction progress as per approved design drawings and contract schedules.
•Review of design proposals introduced by consultants on "The Pearl Qatar" and "GEWAN island" masterplan development through all concept stages including tender analysis and evaluation.

•Developing projects from Concept to Detail Design (building services, Fire Safety Codes, local design requirements, etc.) with minimal alterations to approved Concept Design.

•Preliminary conceptual designs and generating drawings (Plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, execution drawings, details, etc.).
•Development of computerized rendered models using AutoCAD 3D, 3D MAX, & Photoshop,
•Coordination between ofice and clients.
•Site supervision and coordination. Main Projects overview
•AL DHAFRA Residential Complex, Al Ain - UAE. Three villas, two Majlis and one services building of total area of 15, 000 m2.
•Qubaissi residence, Khalifa sector - UAE. A luxurious two stories villa of total area: 1, 200 m2
•Abu Dhabi Police oficers club Abu Dhabi - UAE (renovation).
