1. To arrange maintenance department schedules and plans, such as check lists, yearly plan, corrective maintenance time and reports.
2. Prepare and apply preventive maintenance work schedule.
3. Supervise mechanical technicians and arrange the priority of works depend on production target and plan, and refer to daily condition, monitoring productions utilities, such as boilers, air compressors and cooling systems
4. Responsible troubleshooting and workflow for the production lines that contain filling machines, capping machines, labelling machines, sleeve machines and packaging machines.
5. Prepare the quarterly report for maintenance work and make a study for the percentage of all maintenance types that we have for all production line to discuss it and make plans.
6. Flow up maintenance job orders requests and preventive reports for works than done.
7. Filing and sort all maintenance reports.
8. Flow up any work need to send to outside workshops (lathe shop).
9. Flow up spare parts condition, arrange with purchasing department to be sure that all spare parts within store stock, communicate with manufacturing of the machine if needed.

1. Responsible to workflow, dealing, troubleshooting and corrective maintenance within factory area that contains automatic silos system (for flour and sugar), pumping systems, mixing and cooking systems, oven systems, and any mechanical systems that we have.
2. Flow up and monitoring productions utilities, such as boilers, air compressors and cooling systems.
3. Help to install new lines with expert guy, flow it after running.
4. Flow up all reports and check lists and sort it.
5. Supervise and contribute for the maintenance work and arrange the priority to done.
6. Fix the problems that may happened on production lines using the mechanical principles and the engineering sense with help from technicians, welders and lathe machine guys.
7. Flow up spare parts condition arrange with purchasing department to be sure that all spare parts within store stock.

1. As fresh graduated engineer, dealing with daily faults and trouble shootings, contain filling machines, seeming machines, packaging machines and monitoring the production utilities such as boilers and air compressors.
2. Prepare daily check lists, daily reports and monthly action plan, and apply it.
