• Responsible for ensuring that the efficiency and effectiveness of the Change Management process is regularly reviewed and audited, and is subjected to continuous improvement and remain fit for purpose.
• Analyzing and reviewing recorded RFC’s from internal and external resources.
• Reviewing, classifying, and prioritizing the changes across different dimensions.
