IT Executive Manager/Acting CIO
1. Lead an IT organization with 62 employees distributed into 4 main departments with 9 sub-departments.
2. Insure the quality of day-to-day IT services.
3. IT strategic planning, alignment to business, and execution.
4. Manage IT resources acquisition.
5. Member of IT steering committee.
6. Manage IT governance and IT related risks.
Main responsibilities are:
1. Manage both new developments and maintenance sections.
2. Sharing the preparation of IT strategic plans which are driven from business strategic plans - IT alignments to business.
3. Sharing the preparation of yearly IT budget.
4. Insure IT projects are initiated according to IT strategic plans and yearly budget.
5. Managing IT Development projects from inception till Closing including In-house, Outsourced, and Joint projects.
6. Allocation of financial and non-financial projects resources.
7. Share with the business departments to faithful the corporate customer’s special requirements with regards to IT.
8. Share in creating, publishing, and assuring IT processes and polices.
9. Acting IT Manager

Main responsibilities are:
1.Managing In-house, outsourced, and joint projects.
2.Acquisition, preparation, assessment, assignment and management of the resources required for the project including financial budget.
3.Taking accountability for the project financials through assuring and authorizing billable deliverables to be processed for payment.
4.Managing deferent parties/teams with regards to deferent project milestones.
5.Developing development road maps, project plans, project estimates, Vision Scope, Functional Specification, Design, Project Structure documents, communication plans, Technical & Financial proposals.
6. Conducting Project Kickoffs, Project Closure Activities, Project Execution Plans, Detailed Development Plans, progress meetings, and progress reports.
7.Insure used technology/architecture matches IT technology directions.
Main Responsibilities:
1.Manage requirement analysis phase with IT product management.
2.Manage architectural phase of IT development projects.
3.Manage implementation phase of IT development projects.
4.Manage the integration phase for outsourced projects.
5.Manage technical resources recruitments and allocation.
6.Study and select development tools & platforms.
7.Define and manage technical training.
8.Share and approve database, system, and module high level design.
9.Provide deferent levels of technical assistance for development & maintenance supervisors and their team leaders.
10.Manage development lifecycle and required documentation.
Main Work scope:
1.Junior and senior levels in data center.
2.Junior and senior developer working on deferent tools and programming languages such as COBOL, LINC, VB, SQL on mainframe and PC platforms.
3.Junior and senior levels of system analyses.
4.Technical team leader sharing the development of small-to-high scale of projects such as Core banking, Branch automation, internet banking, other e-banking, and other deferent banking and accounting applications.
5. Development supervisor taking the full technical and none-technical responsibilities of developing deferent sub-systems and modules.
