• Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing,
picking, and dispatching goods.
• Ensure all materials are stored in compliance with food safety and hygiene
standards (e.g., FIFO, temperature control, pest control).
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning and production
departments to ensure material availability.
• Manage a team ofwarehouse staff, including scheduling, performance
monitoring, and training.
• Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations, food safety protocols (e.g.,
HACCP), and company SOPs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular cycle counts and physical
stock audits.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency within the warehouse
environment.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with suppliers and transporters.
• Troubleshoot operational issues such as stock discrepancies, damages, or delayed
shipments.
• Generate and submit regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory
accuracy, and staffproductivity.

• Plan and execute daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound
shipments, inventory control, and warehouse coordination.
• Monitor stock levels ofraw materials, packaging, and finished products to avoid
shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align logistics
activities with operational needs.
• Collaborate with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective
delivery ofgoods.
• Prepare and review shipping documents such as delivery notes, invoices, and
packing lists.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000) during
handling, storage, and transport.
• Use ERP or WMS systems to manage and track inventory and logistics workflows.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes, reduce costs, and increase
reliability.
• Resolve logistics issues such as delays, damaged goods, or stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, traceability, and performance reporting.

• Prepare domestic and international shipments in coordination with Sales,
Planning, and Supply Chain departments.
• Pack and label pharmaceutical products according to safety, quality, and
regulatory standards, including temperature control ifrequired.
•
Verify the accuracy oforder contents against shipping documents and system
records.
• Generate and manage shipping documents such as Bills ofLading, Invoices,
Packing Lists, and Certificates ofAnalysis when applicable.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, couriers, and logistics providers to ensure
timely dispatch and delivery.
• Track shipments and update internal systems or reports on delivery status.
•
Assist in customs clearance procedures when needed, in accordance with
import/export regulations.
• Ensure all shipping operations comply with Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and
internal SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records ofall shipments for audits, traceability, and regulatory
purposes.
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Warehouse teams to resolve any
discrepancies or non-conformities.
