Manage the Group Investment Portfolio
Develop the company investment policy statement (IPS)
Generate new investment opportunities for the Group
Follow up on current investments to execute M&A and Exit strategies
Evaluate and Analyse new investment opportunities
Conduct Market research
Prepare periodic management reports for the Board
Supervising the comapny investments in Real Estate, Equity, Healthcare, Food and Beverage
Drafting comapny strategy and investment plan for the mid and long term
Preparing periodic reports on the company investments presented to the investment committee and comapny board
Bring new investment oppotunities for the company that fits with the comapny investment policy
Analyze market information and effects over company investments
Increase the profitability of the existing investments
Establish relationships with financial institutions and banking industry locally and regionally
Manage the company investments in the logistic, Hospitality and Commercial projects all over KSA
Reporting Directly to the CEO and company owners
Perform all related financial and feasibility studies to determine the best approach for investment that suits each project
Handel all third-party relations and coordination’s related to market intelligence and reports
Develop and maintain good relationships with banking and financial institutions both in KSA and out in the GCC region
Cooperate with other related departments including Finance, Marketing to manage projects successfully and achieve company targets and plans
Develop entry and exit strategies for the company projects
Raising funds needed for company project by attracting new investors and through debt
Directly reporting to CEO to establish the Business Development Department & Wealth Management supervising RM’s sales efforts to market SKFH funds and investment services
Identify investment opportunities and generate investment leads to SKFH department (Asset Management, Corporate Finance and Custody)
Attract and grow the cliental base to cover local & GCC, MENA HNWI, investment companies, government funds and endowments
Develop the relationship with Saudi Local institutions covering (Insurance Companies, Real Estate Developers, Investment Banks, Family Offices, Listed Companies in Tadawul) and generate investment opportunities by analyzing their needs and requirements
Develop client proposals and customized services based on the client requirements and targets
Work closely with SKFH global affiliates to introduce new services and products to our clients
Responsibilities as Business Development created the Custody services department successfully growing the business to have AUM SAR 375Mln and growing
Negotiating with banks on providing debt to SKFH private funds on attractive rates and terms
Responsible for staff recruiting relating to Wealth Management and Business Development, currently managing a staff of six employees
Directly reporting to CEO to establish the Wealth Management Department & supervising RM’s sales efforts to market Adeem funds and investment services
Identify investment opportunities in the market in different segments including Real Estate, Private Equity and Manufacturing driven by clients mandates given to Adeem Capital to acquire through private portfolio structure
Attract and grow the cliental base to cover local & GCC, MENA HNWI, investment companies, government funds and endowments in preparation to the opening of the Saudi Market to Foreign investment in 2015
Develop the relationship with Saudi Local institutions covering (Insurance Companies, Real Estate Developers, Investment Banks, Family Offices, Listed Companies in Tadawul) and generate investment opportunities by analyzing their needs and requirements
Analyze Institutional client’s needs and prepare investment proposal that cover (Equity Investments through funds of DPM, Money Market Instruments and Real Estate & Private Equity Opportunities).
Offer new investment opportunities to the local market through strong relationship overseas
Work closely with local pension funds investment memorandums by exploring local, regional and international investment opportunities for execution
Work closely with the investment committee of Adeem on analyzing and exploring new investment opportunities in various area focusing on Real Estate sector by developing raw landing, Residential and mix use
Supervising Portfolio managers on daily basis relating to market review, Investment strategies, Fundamental & Technical analysis, Equity selection
Responsibilities as Business Development created the Custody services department through alliance with one of the major Custody services companies in the GCC to provide technical advice services to Adeem clients and successfully growing the business to have AUM SAR 340Mln and growing
Negotiating with banks on providing debt to Adeem Real Estate funds on attractive rates and terms
Responsible for staff recruiting relating to Wealth Management and Business Development, currently managing a staff of 6 portfolio managers and researchers
Directly reporting to Head of Private Equity Department to establish the institutional desk to attract and grow this cliental that covers local, GCC, MENA and International investment companies and asset management in preparation to the opening of the Saudi Market to Foreign investment in 2013
Analyse investment companies and HNWI investment needs and direct it to the suitable departments within FALCOM (Asset Management, Corporate finance, Investment Banking Group, Brokerage)
Analyse Institutional clients needs and prepare investment proposal that cover (Margin Lending requirements, Settlement, Commission Fees) that stand competitive against other financial rivals
Promote for FALCOM products that cover (Sukuk Funds, Murabaha Funds, Mutual Funds local and regional, Advisory Services, Fund Raising, IPO, Debt Structuring) for institutional clients that find value
Providing Advisory services for corporate and investments
Marketing of services and products offered by FALCOM to potential and existing clients by making calls to strengthen the existing relationships and targeting local pension funds and UHNWI houses in the Sultanate.
Manage and enhance new relationships in order to meet pre-set financial / non-financial objectives
Offer new investment opportunities to the local market through strong relationship overseas

Managing FALCOM Oman branch operations and advice on its achievements
Maintain and grow relationship with Omani pension funds and investment companies

Introducing the first ever Family House Advisory services to the Omani Market
Managing a portfolio of real-estate projects worth $ 300Mln which includes Five Star Hotel, Mix use commercial land project.
Providing Advisory services for corporate restricting and investments

- Keep well knowledge on recent research produced by brokerage firms
covering GCC and MENA region.
- Execute orders for Institutional clients and HNWI.
- Writing weekly technical report to be distributed on the HNWI and institutional
clients to follow on market movement and to point out entry and exit levels.
- Following corporate news in MSM and important IPOs in the region.
- Maintaining close relation with back office operations to insure accuracy and
smooth workflow
- Managing the daily trading activity.
- Handling VIPs clients and manages their portfolios.
- Executing orders for Foriegn Instittutions.
- Help Brokerage staff to achive their projected goals.
- Giving advice for the local, regional & international markets.
