• Led the supply chain setup of all the procurement and planning functions for the entire company for retails, trade and farms (2 Farms, 5 WHs and 13 Retails)

• Managed the land/sea shipments custom clearance, WH receiving operation, product availability stock deployment & balancing, trade distribution, Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Management and Promotions Co-packing operations launch (Contract Manufacturing) for total Mondelez business portfolio in KSA.
• Act as an escalation point to resolve daily issues faced by inbound team and provide needed support.
• Manage (Indirectly) the 3PL team in 4 WHs across KSA to deliver Mondelez business targets for inbound logistics operations, Supply planning, and align on business processes and expectations.
• Liaise with different business functions (Customer Service & Logistics Central Team, Procurement, Product Supply, Product Change Management, and other function in GCC head office (Dubai), Plants Logistics Teams, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, accounts, order to cash, etc..) to tackle & resolve complex business issues related to KSA inbound logistics operation & supply planning to support company sales growth plans.
• Responsible for overall customer service development across all KSA Key Customers in total supply chain, logistics and customer service organization.
• This includes (but is not limited to): customer service creation efforts, developing and delivering customer service KPIs, leading continuous service improvement across all functions, establishing rejections system enhancement, supporting outbound and inbound activities and system improvement, managing key customer’s projects.
• Lead and effectively participated in Mondelez KSA operation startup projects for major business transitions for 3PL service provide and new ERP SAP system (Order Management & CFR tool).
• Managing total customer service/shipping planning serving Saudi/Gulf region including Yemen with > 14 Key customers/ distributors to ship > 2500 orders on monthly bases across All F&HC and HC categories ex. DAMMAM DC.
• Leading/Establishing Saudi customer service systems in DAMMAM Plant DC to achieve the customer satisfaction approach.
• Driving the Cross Function Collaboration systems (Marketing/Order management/Supply network/DC Operation/Transportation/Customers) to secure the customer service requirements/needs.
• Delivering logistics Key Performance Indicators such as On Time Shipment, On Time Release, on time delivery and Case Fill Rate (customer service) for AP region.
• Implement, support & deliver DAMMAM Plant DC transition project from 3PL DC to owned P&G DC and Key Accounts Project for Saudi.
Responsible of overall shipping planning (outbound), start-up projects and people capability development.
•Manage DAMMAM 3PL DC planning to ship >2000 order/truck with sales of +60MM$ on monthly bases to >14 distributors/Key customers in Saudi and Gulf including Yemen for all F&HC and HC products.
•Maintain logistics/Transportation level for timely shipment as required by distributor/customers.
•Deliver logistics Key Performance Indicators such as On Time shipment, Case Fill Rate and Vehicle Fill Rate.
•Monitor daily plant supply/shuttle and Third-Party Logistics DC inbound/outbound of operations planning performance.
•Implement and own a shipping planning system to eliminate inventory IRA/discrepancies/ losses, optimize inventory level (+10MM$) and minimize the company cost.
•Lead shipping team members >4 individuals to deliver shipment/logistics/service targets with the excellence DC operation cost level (W/H, Shuttling, Receiving, Shipment & transportation).
•Provide the highest service level to sales orders of Key Customers/ Distributors achieving the customer satisfaction approach.
•Solve Customers/Distributors complaints and coming up with solutions and action plans.
•Lead collaboration/follow-ups between Third Party Logistics DC, Customer Service & transportation to optimize the DC capacity toward achieving shipment target.
•Lead collaboration/communications between DAMMAM DC, Market planning & DAMMAM plant to deliver service target.
