Position responsibilities
Prepare maintenance and rehabilitation contract including technical satisfactions and quantities
Play the role of consultant for other maintenance sections from technical side
Conduct technical study to overcome maintenance difficulties
Manage corrosion contract and waterproofing contracts
Prepare annual business plan for building dept. And monitor the progress
Monitor customers satisfaction level for building dept. And suggest corrective action to be applied by other section in building dept.
I was responsible for maintenance contractor who maintain public facilities in royal commission in jubail which includes schools, mosques, offices, warehouses...etc.
My work is to mentor contractor performance and quality of work and different admin and technical aspects
This program concentrate on the needed skills used on managing construction projects which include visibility study, cost estimation, bidding process, 2d,3d,4d, and 5d planning and scheduling This program also include decision making process and designed to be compatible with PMP program
