• Full lifecycle application development.
• Designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.
• Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis,
software review, identification of code metrics, system risk
analysis, software reliability analysis.
• Object-oriented Design and Analysis.
• Software modeling and simulation.
• Front end graphical user interface design.
• Software testing and quality assurance.
• Integrate software with existing systems.
• Performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.
• Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Respond to User enquiries through email and telephone.
• Oversee and follow-up on open User issues.
• Travel to customer sites for high profile issue resolution.
• Deliver my Department Enterprise Applications products to Users.
• Inform client functionality requests or software change requests to development team.
• Manage resolution paths’ knowledge base and known issues.
• Present training modules to Users.
• Involved in Designing, coding and debugging applications that design and develop by my Department (Enterprise Applications).
• Tests new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate.
• Support, maintain and document software functionality.
