❖ Manage and administer projects and operational telecom requirements
including IP-Telephony, Call Centers, Recording, Billing systems and
connectivity links (SIP, PLL)
❖ Managing department requirements including contracts, project
expansion, workforce planning and training needs.
❖ Manages functions of planning, scheduling, and tracking performance of
yearly and quarterly objectives.

❖ Operational Support of Command Center.
❖ IP-Telephony System migration project.
❖ Health clinics Migration project.

❖ Support the IT Global Team with the design and implementation of required IT service
delivery and support utilization reports, performance indicators and KPIs.
❖ Responsible for user personal technology assets and
resolving incidents to increase reliability and security.
❖ Responsible for Hardware maintenance, migration
and spare parts replacing.
❖ responsible for meeting rooms on-site and off-site.

❖ Supervising Help-desk section covering duties of installing, configuring and maintaining
hardware, software and network components.
❖ Diagnosing and troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
❖ Installation of monitoring and tracking devices of 190 vehicles across the Kingdom.
❖ Installing and connecting multiple CCTV units across 5 cities to a single hub.
