Job Profile:
• Prepare technical and financial proposals for new job opportunities.
• Prepare and review contracts.
• Build new connections and make sure to sustain and develop the existing connections and costumers.
• Attend various conferences representing my company and making required decisions
• In my position, I am reporting directly to the company’s CEO, attending the yearly board meetings and participating in the financial analysis and building up strategy and planning for next year.
Design and Consultation and Supervision of mechanical installation as per the Green Buildings (LEED) certificate requirements including Air conditioning systems, drainage, water supply, and fire fighting for Towers, Buildings, Hotels, Mosques, Shopping Malls, and complex of Villas.
Prepare full tender documents set including Drawings, Specifications and BOQ.
In my position I am the head of mechanical department responsible for the mechanical department directing a team of four engineers and five draftsmen.
Dealing with the contractors and the clients and all kinds of RFI's, inquires and submittals review (shop drawings and material submittals) and prepare the required documents and letters. Dealing with clients and Main developers and represent my office in the meetings.
Senior site engineer for mechanical works in Al Reef Villas complex (18, 000 T.R chilled water plant) in Abu Dhabi.
