• Responsible for the oversight and leadership of the personnel and related network services for the global enterprise to ensure proper functionality, stability and maintenance of ITT’s network infrastructure and associated services across the enterprise.
• lead the operations, administration and maintenance of network, collaboration technologies and security controls/systems across the enterprise.
• responsible for proactive and reactive activities needed to address all network performance issues and leverage network security tools and components to improve the IT Security posture of the enterprise.
Plan and lead the opening and operating of a new “café & restaurant” store location and coffee-beans importation, marketing and distribution business. Provide consultation and management support in the concept development, business startup phases and establishment, project management and planning, organization and recruitment, 3rd parties and suppliers sourcing and negotiation.
Key responsibilities
• Provide guidance and effective decision making support to stakeholders regarding strategy development, operation organization structure, revenue growth and expense reduction.
• Compose detailed business plan and secured financing from private investors and founders.
• Manage all pre-opening activities (e.g. site selection, lease negotiation, construction, renovation, decoration, vendor relations, purchasing, equipments, operations, staff recruitment, training).
• Tracking and communicate project status to stakeholders and investors on regular basis with and update on risks evaluation and mitigation plan.
Managed, as a Member of the country Board of Directors Team, the operation customer support services of the SICPATRACE® digital tax stamp management system, supplied to government authorities of Morocco, for nation-wide control and traceability requirements throughout the supply chain of the production, import, export, and distribution of excise products. SICPATRACE® solution helps governments optimize tax revenue collection, protect the legitimate economy and comply with international regulations. In charge of the operational support services organization (+35 FTE: managers, engineers, technicians / +100M MAD annual operating budget) that consists of five departments: - IT customer solutions, - Machines & Technical Service, - secure Label & Stamp Production, - Supply Chain and Logistics, and - Continuous Improvement PMO.
Promoted to the position of Head of IT Morocco and Tunisia.Responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions, service delivery and operations of Morocco and Tunisia SIEMENS corporate and local office systems and the development of new technical solutions following project management methodology and ensure a transversal coherence over the different businesses departments.Reporting hierarchically to the country CFO and functionally to CIO Africa Cluster based in Johannesburg in south Africa.
Manage the Information Security Program for Siemens Morocco, Build up and maintain the Information Security organization in Siemens Morocco corporate and local office.Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT teams and InfoSec focal points in North Africa Siemens corporates and local offices.Prepare the ISO27001 Morocco certification audit part of the Africa Siemens offices certification program.
Responsible for the core-networking and Data Centers infrastructure design for IT outsourcing program services for large scale multi-platform key account customers.
• Review and sign-off authority for all architectural designs for network, system, core services, and application frameworks.
• Defined strategies and migration plans for network architectural changes for key account customers.
• Lead a cross functional team to plan, develop and deliver complex managed security solutions in the area of: secured Data and IP Services, managed secured Network Solution, Secured Data Center, Secured storage, using combination of standard products and third party to produce end to end customer solution.
Oversee all IT telecom service delivery management including +200 locations (corporate offices, depots, remote facilities) +2000 users of Shell presence in North Africa (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and Egypt).
• Manage multi-site and multi-platform IT telecom and network infrastructures and data centers including projects deployment, operations and support according to applicable process and governance.
• Acted as IT infrastructure and network Architect key team member of the IT projects and solutions design across Africans countries where Shell locations are present.
• Validate IT security & consistency of deployed solutions/systems.
• Define, implement and support DRP's and BCP solutions and requirements as per defined plans and strategy.
• Manage and third party suppliers and vender and monitor services delivery performance as per SLA and strategically negotiate cost-effective service.
