Founded and grew Cloud Concept into a 35-person team with offices in Dubai and Cairo, providing cutting-edge cloud-based business automation solutions and mobile apps. Developed the business into the largest independent Salesforce.com partner in the Gulf, with a Platinum Partner designation.

Responsibilities include:
- Strategy: Company vision; opportunity/threat analysis; competitive positioning; strategic partnerships with blue-chip vendors (Salesforce.com, Dell Boomi, etc.)
- Management and Operations: Day-to-day management; recruiting key personnel; standardizing operations
- Finance: Annual/quarterly planning and budgeting

Participated in many transactions raising over $2.3 billion in capital for companies in oil and gas, real estate, telecommunications, hospitality, and financial services. Participated in deal origination, structuring, due diligence, and execution. Built relationships with corporate clients, banks, and law firms at executive and board levels. Supervised a team of financial analysts.
Clients included Thuraya Satellite Telecommunications Co., Tamweel PJSC, Kingdom Hotel Investments. Sorouh Real Estate Co. PJSC, Aabar Petroleum Investments Co. PJSC, and Aldar Properties PJSC.

Analyzed construction bids and helped in drafting construction contracts for projects across the Middle East and Africa.
