Manage the Procurement team (Procurement Engineers and Purchasers) for LAMAR TOWERS Project located in Jeddah, KSA, King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) located in Dhahran, KSA and Prince Salman Science Oasis (PSSO) located in Riyadh, KSA.

Our job is to Plan, Conduct, Administer and Close Procurement for the Civil & Architectural work (Supply & Apply) of all the projects in Saudi Arabia.
Also to provide the right Subcontractor for the MEP work and its subsidiaries.

Some of the ongoing big projects are:

1.King Abdullah Petroleum Studies And Research Center (KAPSARC) R & OC BLDG. Riyadh, KSA.
2.Information Technology & Communication Complex (I.T.C.C.). Riyadh, KSA.
3.King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). Dhahran, KSA.
4.“Prince Salman Science Oasis (PSSO”). Riyadh, KSA.
5.Al-Jawhara Tower. Jeddah, KSA.

Responsibilities:
Engineering, Procurement, Coordination.
Procure equipment, materials & systems complying to project Quality and Specification requirements.
To procure materials and subcontract in timely manner within approved budget cost.
Execute sourcing exercise in acquiring product and services.
Ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program.
Comply with management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality.
Maintain proper records of procurement related activities for any future reference or audit requirements.
Carry out technical and commercial evaluation of proposal.
Issue Purchase Orders / Contracts and expedite timely deliveries.
Review and negotiate contractual agreements to ensure minimization of commercial risk and liability.

Additional tasks & Responsibilities:

Evaluating procurement of material, manpower and equipment.
 Participating in the project management, budgeting of the projects.
 Develop, implement and review contracts as per the laws and procedures required by the government.
 Cost Controlling: That includes providing the Cost Control Manager all the required reports and details like “Profit & Loss Report”, “Previous expenses & Budget remaining Report”…
Ensuring projects completion within the project budget.
Monitoring progress/productivity of the subcontractors.
Maintain liaison and coordinate between Technical dept., Operations in each project and consultants during construction to resolve problems and sustain project schedules and budgets.
Resolve with the client representative / consultant any clarifications concerning any material, specifications and other related issues.
Making sure each stage of the project is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.

Procurement and Coordination between MEP, Civil and Architectural trades.

 Manage the Sub-contractors.
 Ensure a good coordination between MEP, Civil and Architectural Shop drawings.
 Report claims. DCRs (Document Clarification Request), CVIs (confirmation of Verbal Instructions), tracking submittal dates and delays…
In addition to all the previous tasks mentioned below.

 Review, Correct and submit the drawings & materials to the consultant as required by the specifications.
 Coordinate between designers and subcontractors.
 Follow up Schedule plans by the required dates.
 Check and Review Load Calculations.

 Review Building Plans & Specifications
 Leading the design team for shop drawings and materials submittals.
 Review & Correct the quality of shop drawings & materials submittals.
 Coordination with client and consultant in charge.
 Review of coordination drawings and Builders works.
