Manage all Infrastructure MEP Works and Buildings installation in coordination with the main contractor and the Consultant
Plan site organization, resource mobilization, subcontracting, site operation, construction methods and scheduling.
Ensure all the key staff are on site during execution
Ensure that proper approved documents are in place prior to start of installation activities
Ensure that all proper tools and tackles are available on site for the timely completion of the job in a quality manner
Coordinate all site safety issues to HSE Personnel for corrective action
Ensure safe system of work is followed along with the HSE Personnel

• Provide engineering inputs and support to draughtsmen in the preparation of the shop drawings
• Prepare, review and issue shop drawings for approval
• Prepare material submittals
• Carry out material quantities take-offs from approved shop drawings
• Obtain quotations from suppliers, evaluate offers and prepare comparative statements
• Review comments received from the Consultant on Material Submittals and Shop Drawings. Prepare and organize re-submittals as required
• Prepare MEP Coordination Drawings for Infrastructure MEP Work
• Follow up all mechanical site engineers for the proper implementation of shop drawings using the correct and approved materials and using the approved method statements
