Setting the goals and strategies for IT services in QSL
Managing the operations of IT services
Exploring new technologies for possible implementations
Maintaining the IT infrastructure to support all QSL functional Areas and operations so that they run smoothly and without interruptions.
Assuring at least 95% of availability including planned maintenance activities to make sure that IT systems are available when requested.
Maintaining issues on the Network, Servers, Applications, and Storage to make sure that they are resolved in short periods.
Maintaining the IT infrastructure in the clubs to support match operations so that IT related match operations run smoothly.

Search for cost reduction initiatives so that the cost of projects and operations of the IT systems are either reduced or transferred to external entities.
Liaise and cooperate with National, Internal, and external security centers for information security improvements to increase the security posture of QSL.
Handling of additional projects including implementing new technologies in QSL. Which entails that additional projects are successful and new technologies are used in QSL.
Maintaining the DR site to increase the high availability and business continuity in case of disaster.
Implementing QSL's Qatar Azure site to comply with the national IT trend and to increase the availability and performance of QSL IT services and maintain these services.
Providing IT data network, hardware, and services for the championship.
Providing telecommunication services to broadcasters, commentators, and AFC delegates.
Responsible for all types of Installation, fixation and overall IT management and provide assistance to the Finance & Administrative Officer.

• Repairing and maintenance of computer network & relevant equipments, PCs, Printers, Email account & services and software/hardware applications.
• Installation maintenance, update and trouble shooting of all computers and IT related application and software.
• Manage and maintain local area network equipment including switches, printers, wireless access points, and other peripheral devices.

Managed the office computerization procedures and trained selected office staff to handle the computerized jobs, in addition to the duties of System Analyst/ Programmer and in-house IT consultant.
Designed and commissioned telemetry systems and worked in installing and programming Programmable Logic Control (PLC) systems. Handled sales promotions, cost estimations, and tenders proposals and pricing for projects and quotation requests.
Founder/Co-owner provided solutions to customers. Our services included graphic design, custom scripts, tailored databases, and analysis applications. In addition to the roles of: Technical Manager, System Analyst and Programmer, Technical Support, Technical Instructor, and Technical Writer.
Final equity of the centre was five times the start-up capital.
