Highlights: - Plan, execute, and spearhead complex projects from conception to completion under budget and time. Identify and meet project requirements to ensure smooth running of project operations. Support and streamline project material procurement activities with an aim of reducing operating cost. Lead planning and execution of Lesson Learned in the project. Prepare and facilitate tender documents, as well as develop winning bids; negotiate and finalise contracts. Determine and forecast resources to confirm smooth running of project operations. Create and control budget; organise and conduct project expense review meetings to uncover and resolve discrepancies. Establish and maintain high-level engagements with project team & client to enable project success.
Key Accomplishments:
Managed and safely delivered critical EPC projects, including detailed engineering, procurement, and construction under budget and time.
Led procurement of long lead equipment like cryogenic valves/Actuators/Control valves/Pipes /OEM packages.
Implemented changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate change management process.
Enabled safe completion of offshore 2 nos of 8” LP flare line replacement project at Qatargas offshore NFB during April 2020 shutdown; acknowledged with appreciations from Qatargas.
Successfully done Subsea survey and marine spread/JUB (M/s Seafox-Burj) mobilization for Qatar gas offshore projects.
Led a team of 380 people, including two construction managers and another fifteen multidiscipline engineers.
Directed 25 +EPC projects, with overall contract value more than 110 Million dollars.
Achieved 3+miilion man-hours project without LTI from Aug 2016 to Jan-2020
Replaced existing underground 5 KM 6” Pipe line with above ground arrangements including HDD.
Implemented Maintenance of Storage Tank including bottom plate replacement /granulator drums flight bars replacement works/FMC loading Arm instrument air replacement & centralized greasing system/DCS System Modifications.
Successfully executed Fabrication & installation of ASME pressure vessels/Piping components/valves/Steel structure/online replacement of Hydraulic actuators/Pipe line projects under various EPC projects; acknowledged with appreciations from clients like Qatargas, Qatar petroleum, QAFCO, QVC etc.

Sub Contract: Plustech (P) ltd, Gujarat
Scope: Piping fabrication of N2A and BF platforms at the L&T Yard Surat.
Since it was Fabrication and erection of offshore platforms, my first assignment was in the installation of a heli-deck. It gave me extensive understanding of structural fabrication & erection. In later phase, i got opportunity to work with piping team which gave valuable experience in the piping metallurgy fabrication and installation.
