Manufacturing:
• Meet and provide production of finished products to prescribed quality standards
• Minimize manufacturing cost through optimum scheduling and control of assigned manufacturing resources
• Uphold cost effective use of production resources through optimum planning of manufacturing/ scheduling and accurate monitoring of performance achieved
Inventory Planning & Control:
• Implement effective inventory control and warehousing policies, procedures and systems, as to optimize the proper and cost effective management of materials within the plant
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and consumables between preset limits by accurate stock monitor and keeping records of materials movement
• Planning and issuing material requirements to the Purchasing Department
Plant Management:
• Achieve or exceed budgeted business results and provide for the future possible profitable growth of plant operations - through optimum planning, organization, direction and control of assigned plant resources
• Ensure implementation of cost effective personnel and administrative services designed to facilitate optimum development and control of human resources
• Implemented Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Management standard as SHEQ Manager
• Material requirement planning and optimization of inventory levels
• Set up database systems for quality, production, maintenance, and MRP

• Coordinating with Architectural Engineering office on building and land requirements
• Reviewing and approving engineering drawings from consultant for the building and land
• Project management in terms of time table, budgets, preparing regular updates for management and summary reports on, attending project management meeting and preparing presentations
• Detailed engineering of electro - mechanical designs for production processes (P+I Diagrams, electric diagrams, selection of equipment, sourcing of suppliers, negotiations, procurement)
• Preparing BOQ for electromechanical contractors, tender analysis, contracts etc.
• Supervising consultants and contractors during installation phases
