Inspection and Testing of various Lifting Equipment such as Mobile Crane, Construction and passenger lift, Forklift.
Training for Riggers, Fork Lift Operators, HSE and Heavy Equipment Operators.
Demonstrate the problems and troubleshooting,
Prepare maintenance schedule for periodic maintenance for all equipment .
Follow-up maintenance contracts, and provide technical support to client

supervise the maintenance and repair activities of various sections located in a central workshop, review drawings and sketches for work orders, to ensure accuracy specifications measurements and materials, schedule daily workload and generation of work schedule plan, prepare requisitions for the issue of correct materials, tools and safety equipment, inspect completed work for conformity to requirements and standards, supervise the operation of the Tool Store and ensure required stock is available, Conduct work safety awareness programs for company and contract subordinates, comply with all company Health, Safety and Environment as well as Work Permit, policies and procedures.
Fabrication and erection of piping spools and its supports, Verifications the pipes and piping materials as per specification, Gasket verification, bolt tightening as per rating and dimension and visual inspection after tightening of bolts.During the fabrication activities visual inspection of pipes and all fittings, edge preparation, fit up of the pipe, welding quality of the pipe, Checking the installed piping conforming to the latest isometric drawings Receiving the approved drawing for fabrication
Cuts, threads, bends, joins, and assembles pipe for fitting and fabrication (ferrous/ nonferrous /nonmetallic), methods of welding pipe using make calculation of pipe fitting, quality control and quality assurance(QC/QA) on process of pipe fitting and fabrication

Elevator periodical maintenance
Conduct emergency motor check/test to avoid any discrepancy.
Ensure that elevators are always in good condition.
Team work and collaborate others to achieve the best performance and service for the client
