S. ARAMCO FPD Planning Engineer: Worked there with the Facilities Planning
Dhahran, KSA Department (FPD) in the capacity of Planning Engineer. Besides
Riyadh, KSA alliances between STESA and major technology vendors such as 22004- 2009 Juniper and Huawei, which culminated in winning mega projects.
Program Director for the Saudi Aramco Project: East/West
Pipeline Microwave System 40 Replacement Project, installing an
SDH Network spanning 1000 km FOC from P3-YCOT.
Project Costing: Provided project cost estimates for Manifa and
JERP (Jubail Export Refinery Project), and estimate for O&M for
Mobily.
DESTINATIONS Founder & Owner: Setup and operated on commercial basis the
Amman, Jordan first Telecom-independent Internet Service Provider company in the 1997-2001 Middle East. The Company, Destinations, with the JONET domain
(also known as Al Muttajahat) was successful in offering maverick
solutions despite the technical and resource limitations at the time.

1990-1997 my regular duties with FPD, I was also designated with the following assignments: ➢ I was designated to design, build, and implement the
Management Information System for the Engineering
Admin Area. This system enabled management, at the
Business Line level to measure the various key performance
indices of interest (KPIs), down to a department level. The
system was developed on Clustered Digital Unix and Oracle
RDBMS 7.2.xxx.
➢ Developed and lead pilot projects such as the FPD
Intergraph Geographical Information System (GIS), and the representative for the Business Process Analysis
Initiative for the Engineering business line.
I was also a member of the EXPEC Technology Strategic
Planning Committee, where we were investigating how to develop and enhance the business with new technologies and ideas.
