• Leading Transmission Maintenance team to implement the corrective and preventive actions for all transmission media / equipment’s used in network, including :

• Microwave links for 2G / 3G / Enterprise customers .
• Optical Fiber network ( Passive & Active elements), Backbone / Last miles / Enterprise customers .
• International traffic over Earth stations / Fiber -Back to Back multiplexing with international carriers .
• Maintain the Network KPI’s related to maintenance cycles, availability & response time aspects for both in-house team and outsourced support teams.
• Supervise and conduct Periodic Maintenance and Site Inspection to match the ISO audits and certificates for quality & work flow procedures .
• Supervising and assessing the planned work for change management issues, upgrading & MDT
• Risk assessment studies during swap and roll back projects .
• Performance reports for daily, weekly & monthly events on network .
• Applying and submitting incident reports for major / critical outages for related parties .
• Follow up all Proposals / RFQ /RFP / Tendering and Financial Issues for transmission division.
• Issuing Purchase Requests, Repair & Return Reports,
• Offering first & second line maintenance level & Back office roll in major incidents / crisis .
• Opening and tracking maintenance tickets with suppliers and vendors, complying escalation process for critical issues
• Tracking the invoices & payments for suppliers / contractors over timely manner in coordination with finance
• Monitoring SLA commitments / breaches / escalation matrix from all parties internally and toward international customers and carriers / upstream providers .
• Giving periodic feedback to commercial team / wholesales about major activities / incidents / crisis occurred within certain cloud or carrier, to calculate B2B availability & MTTR KPI’s, and reflected invoicing / penalties / renewing concerns .
• Managing escalation process in both technical and managerial tracks, to insure implementing and using right channels .
• Solving conflicts happen during traffic rerouting / planned work notifications .
• Supervising database updating for customers, capacity & leased / DARK lines, to have clear and accurate records for each single service .
• Directing and approving incident notification & planned activities reviewing and risk study for service affect expected, to take extra cautions and further post arrangement with alternatives
