Duties Performing:
• Measure all material/quantities required for site by analyzing drawings.
• Prepare the Bar Bending Schedules.
• Work sheet analysis and segregating category of work involved in the project proposal.
• Performing material take offs prior to the purchase requisitions for the projects.
• Preparing takeoffs for additional items required and support in preparing change orders.
• Preparing cost breakdowns, estimates for tendering also vendor tracking for quotations.
• Collecting site data, calculating labor productivity, and scrutinizing the labor rates.
• Attending the monthly progress review meetings and weekly meetings of QS Departments
• Prepare the Variation orders
• Prepare the comparison of Quantities as per Contract and executed.
Duties Performing:
• Verify the Final and Interim Invoices after checking the Consultant.
• Represent the Employer/Client in Design and Build Contract.
• Measure all material/quantities required for site by analyzing drawings.
• Produce monthly cost & value reports, cash flow information, and cost comparison for different items.
• Checking material prices, making cost-effective solutions for the project.
• Attending the monthly progress review meetings and weekly meetings of QS Departments

• Prepare the monthly Interim Invoices and submit for checking to the Consultant
