Prime Meridian is a small practice of architects and engineers with offices in London and Somer set dealing mainly in residential projects ranging from small house extensions to large new build projects and renovations. My responsibilities covered the various stages of building development from conceptual design to planning as well as working drawing packages for a variety of building types. I was also responsible for the IT development and procurement as well as CAD and office standards for the practice.
Selected projects include:
•Sleepers Farm, Chadwell St. Mary, Essex, England.
A 52 apartment residential project spread over three five storey buildings and two two storey houses on the site of a former garage and MOT centre. I developed the scheme from concept to planning stages as well as the development of 3D drawings.
•Solent Citroen, Hilsea, Portsmouth, England.
My role as primary designer for this five storey, 56 thousand square foot office building on a site of significant historic interest included communicating with the client, his representative as well as the planners in order to develop the conceptual designs, 3D presentation, and production of planning drawings. Full Planning permission was granted in May 2005.
•Norway Lane, West Sussex, England.
Design architect for a high end residential project consisting of five detached houses and six semi-detached units on the side of a man made lake in West Sussex.
•CAD and IT.
I was responsible for the development of a CAD standard for the practice. This included the imple mentation of a standardised layering system based on BS1192 and the CI/SfB drawing standard, as well as streamlining the job filing system to come into line with the client numbering and ac counting systems.

Part II Architect at Hamilton Associates

Part II Architect: part of team responsible for production of construction drawings.
•Trevor square: A high end residential conversion project located in prestigious Knightsbridge in London where I was part of the team involved in the production of working drawings for the development as well as designing a 3D model for the building.
•Harrods Place offices: An office refurbishment located across the street from Harrods department store in London. I was responsible for the production of various working drawing details for the project.
