 Managing and developing (Business plan - Structure - Company goals - SWOT analysis).
 Building effective team (JCP - train - Coach - Evaluate and develop the sales team).
 BDA negotiation (budget - ROI).
 Preparing and negotiate the quarterly business review reports and presentations.
 Co-Operate with field sales to achieve targets of share and sales volume and company goals.
 Authorize request for damage /return and any special credit arrangement made with customers.
 Managing the category by controlling the visibility drive and drop size for each customer.
 Planning on short -and long - terms and develops plans to achieve selling results.
 Prepare the exclusive promotion in market depending on trade’s performance.
 Regular update /communicate the sales activities success to NSM.
 Coordinate logistics activities as necessary to ensure timely arrival to region. .
 Review bi-monthly Numeric & Weighted distribution and take action proactively.
 Identify issues (problems or opportunities) that will effect sales volume and take action proactively.
 Increasing direct distribution customer base, Depending on regions survey's geographical.
 Hand Held Project Manager.
