• To assist in the administration, development, planning and implementation of all HR policies.
• Manage core HR generalist processes and approaches in such areas as employee development, employee relations, compliance, benefits, policy interpretation, compensation, employee performance, succession planning, and other related programs

• Advised clients on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
• Subcontracted and designed fabrication, installation, and arrangement of carpeting, accessories, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, and related items.
