• Establishing standards and accounting procedures, reviewing and analyzing receipts and payments.

• Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual management reports along with the financial statements and ensure compliance for time frames, thoroughness and consistency.
• Finalization of accounts and matters relating to statutory requirements with external auditors for smooth outcome of annual audit of Company.

• Dealt with external auditors, month end inventory count, to measure the raw material requirements.
• Dealt with banks for “RUNNING FINANCE FACILITY” and “PLEDGE ACCOUNT”
