1. Setting future capacity/services roadmap for PS Core network (EPC) based on network’s historical data, commercial requirements and technology need.
2. Producing and evaluating core network HLD and LLD documents for PGW/SGW/MME/SGSN/GGSN/PCRF/RNC/IP BB.
3. Determining and verifying BoQ items as per the HLD.
4. E2E management and coordination of all PS Core network related projects and activities.
5. Setting and verifying new solutions (VoLTE, CSFP, VoWiFi ... etc).
6. Setting network requirements for new solutions that will introduce new services or enhance network performance.
7. Managing and assessing POC of new solutions by different vendors.
8. Design of policies and charging logic for data services and packages.
9. Deep understanding of EPC network (protocols, interfaces and services flow).
10. Deep understating of DPI concepts and scenarios.
11. Deep understanding of LTE QoS management and application scenarios.
12. Deep understanding of policy control and charging.
13. Deep understanding of VAS services and signaling flows.

1. CS and PS network capacity expansions and planning in terms of HW and SW licenses.
2. Traffic planning and optimization for core network interfaces and prepare plans for new expansions, accommodate the network for new traffic forecasts and demands.
3. Participating in vendor negotiations and preparing network requirements for deploying new features, solution and network element swap or network expansion.
4. Preparing and reviewing RFPs for PS and CS domains (Zain Jo CS and PS Swap RFPs).
5. Approving and reviewing HLD and LLD during core network design phase.
6. Design and implement roaming services for voice and data.
7. Design and integrate different VAS services for CS and PS domains.
8. Special services and enterprise solutions planning and deployment according to the solution of the service architecture.
9. SS7 and IP signaling network planning and optimization for various types of signaling protocols related to different services and applications (Diameter, GTP, CAMEL, INAP, MAP, SIP, SIGTRAN, and TCP/IP).
10. Design and implement DPI concepts and configuration to build different services.
11. CS International traffic planning and routing over different technologies (VoIP/TDM).
12. Deep and high level troubleshooting of the reported complex network issues.
13. Familiar with OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, VRRP, HSRP, Static Routing, L2 VRF, etc.
14. Performance management, statistics and deep troubleshooting of the entire PS and CS domains using the available tools for KPIS reporting and signaling capturing (Astellia, M2000, NetAct, Wireshark, SPOTS ..etc).
