Payments platform, a single payment platform for ACH/SEPA, Wires and
Drafts operating in over 135 currencies across the globe.
• Liaising with customers via CSR’S to gather feedback and formulate
appropriate strategies to reduce pain points in exceptions faced by them.
• Consistently identified gaps in the process and implemented controls
including auto posting of entries to reduce manual effort, drove automation,
increased accuracy and streamlined the process
• Reviewed SOP documents on a quarterly basis and incorporated changes as
required.
• Responding to client escalations (internal and external) and troubleshooting
issues in a prompt and effective manner; generating a detailed summary for
each query in order to ensure effective resolution.
