• Research and analysis of the client's goals and requirements; Issuing development of drawings, documents and diagrams that outline those needs
• integrate the client's program needs
• Confirmation that preliminary space plans and design concepts are safe, functional, aesthetically appropriate, and meet all public health, safety and welfare requirements,
• Selection of colors, materials and finishes to appropriately convey the design concept and to meet s functional, maintenance, lifecycle performance, environmental, and safety requirements
• Selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, equipment and millwork, including layout drawings and detailed product description; and provision of contract documentation to facilitate pricing, procurement and installation of furniture
• Provision of project management services, including preparation of project budgets and schedules
• Preparation of construction documents, consisting of execution drawings and specifications.
• Preparation of construction documents to adhere to al building and fire codes, municipal codes, and any other jurisdictional statutes, regulations and guidelines applicable to the interior space
• Coordination and collaboration with architects; structural, mechanical and electrical engineers, and various specialty consultants
• Confirmation that construction documents for interior finishing and designs are signed and sealed by the responsible interior designer and than by Diwan Amiri.

•Starting from introducing the company to signing contract, managing and supervising the working team studying costs, preparing quotations, submit it and discuss it with client
•Instructing Junior architects for shop drawings issuing as per high end quality applied from Fidec In Spain
•Preparing time frame plan, distributing responsibilities, follow up to insure delivery on time as per contract and or client satisfaction
•Coordination between Kuwait and Spain team also representing Spanish partner in Kuwait.
•Investigate the market to prepare for new projects
•Controlling and managing cost and purchase demands
•Invoicing completed work and/or variation orders follow up with accounting department the financial statement and analysis and act as needed
•Design private villa or small projects to increase undertaking turnkey projects
SALES AND MARKETING:
-introducing the company to new clients and contractors
-Representing Spanish partner (Fidec Owners)
-Study and prepare for contract signature
-Project Management:
•Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•Budgeting and supervising bills of quantities for all types of interior work.
•Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
•Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
•Minimizes the company exposure and risk on project.
•Responsible of maintenance after sale and for renewing spaces
•Supervising and amending shop drawings prepared by draftsman
•Brief draftsman customers request and needs
•Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
-Project Accounting:
•Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
•Manages project budget.
•Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for project.
•Follows up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
•Analyzes project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
-Business Development:
•Identifies business development and "add-on" sales opportunities as they relate to a specific project.
•Effectively conveys company message in both written and verbal -business development discussions.
Communication
•Facilitates team and client meetings effectively.
•Holds regular status meetings with project team.
•Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization and general corporate news.
