• Simulated a program in C# for downloading data from a tool while the tool is connected through Ethernet. A record mode and a replay mode was implemented so that field engineers can record when doing an actual download and the replay mode can be used by software developers to remove bugs and simulate the field situation.
• Introduced a tab control feature using C# and object oriented design for in house form editor specific to tool parameters to allow user to design space efficient forms.
• Implemented an interface using sockets for Ethernet CBM cards to be placed on new tools to be used with current software in managed C++ by providing a master, slave and sniff mode for data monitoring over the card.
• Designed an application that searched all Microsoft Access Databases on the local server for specific strings to help serve as a utility program when adding support for new tools used on an oil field.
• Created several next generation utility programs to test major features to be added to the next release of Sperry-Insite.
