• ITCC (CCMS, EMS and DMS systems) “25 MSAR”

Customer: Saudi Business Machine (IBM Saudi Arabia), leader for the Data center industry across SA. ITCC (Information Technology and Communication Complex), A Techno complex where all the Telco’s and Techno operators / vendors .the complex has (2 Data Centers, 4 towers, hotel, DCP, 17 parcels, , , , , , ,

CCMS: Centralized control and monitoring system (PLC & SCADA) to supervise and control the medium voltage and low voltage electrical network.
EMS: Energy management system (SCADA), state of the art energy efficiency & power quality solution for the whole complex.
DMS: Digital metering system (SCADA), over 4000 power, BTU and water metering devices information are centralized in a data base and interacting with BSS system for billing.

• ITCC tier 4 Data center project (SCADA & PLC) (10 M SAR):


Customer: Saudi Business Machine (IBM Saudi Arabia), leader for the Data center industry across SA.

State of the art power automation solution compatible with tier 4 data center specifications & Design to monitor and control all power activities, develop sequence of operation for the data center meeting the uptime requirements for tier 4 data center, the projects objective is to achieve the up time requirements for tier 4 data center:
- Fault Tolerant

- Fully Automated

- Having dual active paths

- Compartmentalized

- Having Continuous Cooling.

ITCC DC will be the first Data center on the region accredited from up time for design, construction, and operation.


• ITCC district cooling plant (SCADA & PLC) (8 M SAR):

Customer: Drake and Scull International, Key player in the construction, water and power industry .

SCADA & PLC solution to monitor and control the ITCC district cooling plant, ITCC DCP is 35000 ton cooling plant, constructed according to the best practices on the cooling industry to be first of its kind in KSA. our project objective is to manage and control all the process component and the monitoring of the whole plant performance,

• PMS and Energy Efficiency projects (Berry Gas Plant, Haweiyah Gas Plant, Jo’aimah Offshore)


Customer: Saudi ARAMCO, Number one Player on the Oil & Gas Industry in SA.

• PLC projects including new systems, upgrade existing systems, Swap old systems and services.


Customer: SABIC and its Affiliates, Number one Player on the Petrochemical industry.

Managing All E&M(Electrical & Mechanical) activites in Zain KSA Eastern provinec, inclouding Data center & Acess sites.
specialized in Data Center infrastructure : Cooling & HVAC, DC-AC power, Backup Generators, Fire Fightiung Systems, Rectifers, UPSs, Data center Monitoring & Managment devices.

Sales & Projects Engineer for A/Cs (Samsung ducted split / Sanyo VRF systems & Feroli Split Units ) for more than 15 projects, working with customer & Consultants.
