•Been responsible the mixing and product processing as Chocolate cake, Strawberry cheesecake, Baked Cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, Carrot cake, Brownies, Cupcakes, Patis macaroon and different kind of cookies such as Double Choco cookies, Oats Choco chips cookies, Dates Cinnamon cookies and Sesame cookies and also Blueberry muffin and Chocolate muffin.


TINY SMART (DEPOSITOR)

•Process of Muffin, Cookies, Cupcake, Macaroon and Creaming.

RONDO DOGE (CROISSANT)

•Croissant processing, Butter Croissant and Margarine Croissant.
RONDO DOGE (COMPACT LINE)

•Process of puff pastry product such as lattice, strudel, Danish, Swiss roll, and Pain au chocolate.

Ensure the good quality of product(pizza dough)
•Responsible for the entire production process that is from mixing, product processing, proofing, freezing, packing, etc. in achieving the goal of company’s standard in daily production.
•Provided production strategies regarding production targets, staffs work efficiency and production.
•Been responsible for the processing, delivering product first in and first out.
•Participate product development and make suggestive recipes.
•Conduct proper training to newly and existing staff.
•Daily submission of report to the management.
•Coordinate and cooperate with the quality control department for food safety and good manufacturing process.
•Acted as overall in charge of the operation when the manger is out.

Establish machinery and ensure entire production materials are obtainable.
•Operate and supervise equipment along with replenish materials as required.
•Inspect visually document results and production run.
•Identify and convey any malfunctions to concerned parties.
•Ensure to maintain cleanliness of assigned work floor and equipment.
•Ensure to perform all duties safe and secured manner.
•Convey hazards related with equipment to staff working near and with machines.
•Complete all documents related with equipment operation.

•Quadro round operator and knows how to setup the parameters setting of machine.
•This line were make the different kind, sizes and weight of buns. Such as hamburger buns, Kaiser Buns and etc.
•Maintaining the good rounding and smoothness of dough.

Miwe Proofer Operator

•Maintaining the humidity and temperature setting, the size of the dough.

Miwe (Roll in & Deck oven Operator)

•Maintaining the baking temperature setting, the color of the bake bread.
•Knows how to setup the parameter setting of the machine.
(Werner & Pfleiderer) Haton Operator:

•White Bread processing.
•Maintaining the weight of the dough.


Diosna Mixing Operator:

•Operate automatic dosing ingredient thru Spiromatic
•Knowledge in preparing manual ingredients
•Knowledge in mixing dough for fresh bake and for frozen.
•Knows what the perfect final stage of mixing is.

Develop and maintain excellent bin management skills, including monitoring that the product is on the appropriate system and delivered to the appropriate packaging line without delay to the operation and to minimize waste.
•Monitor and document down time.
•Monitor products, code dates, seals, and packages to ensure they consistently meet the highest quality standards. Be able to make adjustments when necessary.
•Monitor activities on the production lines, immediately reporting downtime to maintenance or packaging lead when downtimes cannot be corrected by the operator.
•Setup and change over packaging equipment.
