Developing key account clients in HORECA field to meet company targets. Achieving sales and operations objectives. leading key accounts executives toward achieving their targets.

Leading a team of 40 salesmen with 5 Supervisor to achieve the company budgets. Set up objectives to ensure the correct trade executions. Monitor the target trade visit and completion rate. Manage all company assets and tools of trade execution. Distribution effectiveness. SKU’s are all available in the trade. Monitor the company receivables. Random trade visit to make sure that all aspects of sales Ski’s are well executed
all the sales activities in general trade, modern trade, and
on premise. Monitoring sales achievement in Riyadh district and Al
Kharj directing a team of 40 salesmen and 5 area group supervisors.
Tracking their performance with a set of sales key indicators and
monthly objectives.
Leadership and Direction of the training department, including
recruitment, operations and sales. Implementation of ITMO In Trade
Merchandising Opportunities program, and sales management
system. Daily liaison with all the branch managers to identify and
maximize sales and merchandising opportunities in the local market
to achieve the business goals.
Managing and directing the sales team of Nablus Branch who are
covering four main cities in the North Nablus, Jenin, Tulkerm, and
Qalqilia through full fledge direct distribution. Ensure and fulfill all
the basic requirements, through budget commitment, cash sales, and
route distribution services. Sum of manpower under control are 50
employees.
Assisting leadership and direction of the TD department, including
recruitment, operations and sales. Implementation of ITMO program
and sales management system. Daily liaison with all the branch
managers to identify and maximize sales and merchandising
opportunities in the local market to achieve the business goals.
Full responsibility was carried on to look for and establish a
distribution centre. Strong efforts were dedicated to select and rent
the new landmark of the company in the South. Full set up was
achieved on time, including route structure, hiring new staff, and
ensure on time launching.
As Coca-Cola was newly launched in Palestine, We did an overall EDS
Every Dealer Survey in the West Bank Region. Setting up the route
structure for the branches, Supervise route distribution effectiveness
in all branches, Do ITMO IN Trade Merchandising Opportunities to
monitor and follow up the accurate distribution. Assisting sales reps
on achieving their targets through couching and on job training.
Fulfilled many Job tasks as the first person hired in the company:-
1.Salesman of P&G products Pampers, Always, Head & Shoulders,
Palmolive...etc
of all the company material in the West Bank.
Sales were mainly dedicated to Municipalities and large contractors,
as the company was specialized in infrastructure Materials.
