1. Review and approval of material submittals for materials to be used in the project.
2. To review and approve contingency work schedule plan for the Project.
3. Review and approval of calculations for HVAC, plumbing and Firefighting.
4. Review and approval of shop drawings to be executed.
5. Supervising site for smooth work flow and work for standard quality finishes.
6. Material Inspections upon all deliveries.
7. Inspecting smoke tests for ducts and hydro tests for pipes.
8. Supervise Testing & Commissioning.
1. Shop detailed drawings to be implemented on site, and coordination between the consultant and site on all mechanical works as HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting.
2. StaticPressureCalculations(ESP Calculations) for all AHU’s, FCU’s and Exhaust Fans.
3. Working kitchens floors, Ventilation as per ASHRAE.
4. Distribution of all sleeves around and inside the building for the drain pipes that will be connected to the manholes as per the correct invert level and cover level.
5. Preparing the cutting list for all HVAC materials on site.
6. Preparing invoices for HVAC and piping based on the approved RFI’s.
7. Ducts, Chilled Water supply and return pipes and copper pipes sizing and selection.
8. Determining the cooling load and design for the desired areas.
9. Selecting fresh air, exhaust or smoke exhaust fans, direct and belt driven fans either roof top or axial types.
10. Pumps Calculations, Head and Flow for the chilled water pumps.
11. Coordination of all Electro-mechanical works in synthetic(composite) drawings to achieve the desired clear height in each floor.
