•Creates, executes, and updates detailed project plans.
•Reviews and signs off on all the project documentation.
•Coordinate with the concerned Department within the Company and provide services and solutions that will meet or exceed the client’s expectations.
•Taking care of company’s project(s) to provide services in an efficient, timely and professional manner.
•Proposes alternative organizational plans based on knowledge of company rules and policies.
•Evaluates and determines the priority of workload.
•Provide training and assistance to supervisors and other members of the team in order to understand the proper use of the system.
•Conduct meetings with the project(s) team to explain the roles of members and supervisors to lead the projects in a successful way.
•Ensure deliverables are prepared to satisfy the project requirements and schedule.
•Work with department managers and team leaders to obtain necessary resources to support the team's requirements, project impediments, needed resources, or issues/delays in completing the task.
•Provide status reporting of team activities against the program plan or schedule.
•Coordinate project meetings and all issues with clients/suppliers/
Subcontractors.
•Monitor and coordinate deliveries of items between suppliers & clients to site/customer on time.
•Support relevant departments with quotations for purpose of tenders.
•Produces detailed status reports to IT manager after evaluating team reports.
•Ensures project is successfully closed on time, under budget, and within expected quality.
