• Liable to develop and increase sales of the company, and
maintaining al Fardan standards
• Achieves assigned target
• Presents, explains and clarifies, all the services provided by the dealership and the company such as the financial services, Insurance, BSI bank offers and promotions so to be offered to the customer
• Carries out customer welcoming, sales negotiation and discussions, analyses requirements and handles trade-in Used Cars
• Arranges for handover of new cars with maximum customer satisfaction to make the process a positive and unique experience to the customer
• Self-updates with sales related information, Gathers and updates the information about competitor’s products and to compare them with our dealer’s products, Works closely with other departments
• Welcome customers into the store; initiate the sales process, offer them qualified advise on the available products, recommend/demonstrate appropriate products; and promote cross selling with a view to meet the customers' needs
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate any serious issues to the Store Manager for suitable resolution
• Maintain an up-to-date database of customers visiting the store
• Communicate to the customers the information on special offers/ sales promotion events
• Merchandise goods prominently on the shop shelves & display units, replenishing stocks as often as required in conjunction with the Store Manager and merchandising team
