Report (On weekly basis) to Supply Chain Management Site-Logistics (SL) Operations KPI. The KPI report includes: percentages Inventory level, S&OP (plan vs actual), drumming performance for liquid products, and any highlights & challenges.
Report (One monthly basis) the spending report, analyze the gap between budget and actual spending, and provide recommendation to SL leaders.
Prepare yearly capital planning for Site-Logistics dept.
Report and analyze (on weekly basis) the Quality Notifications (QNs) related to claims received from the customers.

Carbon Fiber project:
Managing the SABIC gating process for Carbon Fiber project.
