Presently working with a reputed ELV systems integrator in Dubai as an Sales Account Manager for engaged in pre-sales and sales of Lowe Current ( ELV) systems.
 Skilled at:

o Compiling and doing presentations of Multi Channel Cable TV (Analogue & Digital|) & HiTV_IPTV GRMS, CCTV and AV systems to prospective customers.
o Negotiations of rates and delivery schedules and with the management for optimal rates / maintenance contracts.
 Adept at regularly following up with the performance / productivity of the ELV solutions offered to ensure that it performs to the highest standards. Experienced in Maintaining customer contacts, analyzing customer programmes and long-range marketing plans
 Able to Monitor market for market trends, potential opportunities and competitor activities
 Can effectively participate in strategic planning
 Have an exposure to provide input to strategic and annual operating plans and planning for discretionary resources
 Team leader and exceptional professional and communication skills
 Well versed with quality parameters and quality systems keeping in mind continuous improvement in the process using various methodologies.
 An effective communicator with excellent relationship, management skills and strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities.
 Known to various ELV System Integrators, ELV consultants, MEPs, Chief Engineers and GMs of may five star hotels in GCC and India

Project Planning and Execution
 Conceptualize, & Execution of the In-House Projects & Improvement Projects leading to Productivity Improvement, De-bottlenecking, Environment & Safety Standards Improvements.
 Detailed project reports, Basic & Project execution Programme and project execution plans after thorough discussion with internal customers.
 List down the resource needs for projects, after considering the budgetary parameters set.
 Monitor/Discuss project status; review during the course of periodic project review meetings there by developing the inter personal skills.
 Responsible for strategic planning and identification of new technologies for digital TV transmission, Headend, transport and Encryption technology products
 Responsible for building relationships with technology partners and vendors of hardware and software applications
 Compiled various RFPs and met tender requirements for various projects.

Operations/ Maintenance Management

 Proactively identify areas of obstruction / breakdowns and take steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting tools.
 Regular communication with internal customers to meet high level of service oriented requirements.
 Carry out systematic consultancy. Subordinate development to get better output from them.
 O&M of IPTV and SMATV/CATV Head End devices ( Both Digital and Analogue) which includes Satellite Dish farm ( TVRO) systems and GRMS systems.
 Optimization and Enhancement of Head End platform with proactive measures for service availability 24x7
 Follow up with all the vendor for any issues related to the IPTV Head End and EMS
 Analyze protocols used to carry multimedia and troubleshoot services problems, understand and troubleshoot multicast issues
 Work with Core Network team to provide quality of service and quality of experience and select the most appropriate option

Quality Control
 Developing of standard maintenance and procedures to increase the efficiency of maintenance.
 Implementing standards and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Process Enhancements
 Recommend modifications & rectifications in products for quality standards where warranted.
 Maintaining Reports and intimating concerned departments in regular time intervals.

Commercial skills
 Have in-depth knowledge and hands down experience in customs clearance etc. and also in the logistical field such as movement of goods/materials by appropriate modes of transport.

We were a part of the Taj Mahal Palace, Mumbai, India, renovation team where we successfully implemented the InnCom EMS. Was involved from the conceptual stage of the project upto completion. Apart from this, have successfully completed many other EMS, CCTV and SMATV projects in various Large Scale Musti System Operators (MSO), CATV operators and Hotels and Shopping malls in India.
