American Financials Group - AFG is an American entity that is based in Virginia, USA. AFG was founded in 1998 and is primarily geared towards providing financial solutions to different types of clients from various industries. They are concentrating their business on:

- Mini Advice (for small business and start-ups).

- Commercial Mortgage.
- Property Management.
Also, the group owns a university, a high school and a training and development center that have a very good reputation in Florida, I work with AFG starting with Feb. 2014 up to present as a Chief Marketing and Relations Officer who is responsible for the Middle East and Gulf (MENA & Gulf) regions and located in Qatar and Turkey.
MB Group is a multi-business group that consists of:
- Factories: 4 factories specialized in Plastic, Foam, Metal Industries and Machines manufacturing.
- Mining: The group has 3 quarries to produce Quartz, Feldspar and the third for Gravel.
- Commercial: 7 companies in different fields of commercial business & Import.
- Advertising: Advertising, Events & Exhibitions and Marketing Studies Agency named Promo Strategy.
- Real Estate: A Real Estate company specialized in Developing and Marketing.
- Elevators: Sole agent of Toshiba Malaysia and Sanyo China (WUXY) for elevators & escalators.
- F & B: 1 Oriental Restaurant in Egypt named QASR ELSHOUQ.
And I was responsible for the business development for the whole group especially the Marketing, Sales, exporting & Business Development activities. I report to the Board Chairman of MB group as I was a member of that board and some of my responsibilities are:
• Setting and implementing marketing strategies for the local & international markets.
• Monitoring the Market researches for our group different lines of business (LOBs) inside and outside Egypt.
• Developing campaigns and leading brands management.
• Analyzing market development & growth through researches and regular communication with Media agencies.
• Directing the marketing and sales plans and activities for the Group companies and factories and follow up achieving the targets. (KPIs)
• Managing the Marketing & sales Teams of Different Sections in the Group and monitoring the team work spirit.
• Planning the PR activities of the Group and assure that they affect positively the Group image & goals.
Inducted as a marketing supervisor, charted a phenomenal growth curve through exceptional performance to merit promotion as a marketing manager and then Group Marketing & Business Development Director.
