-manage maintenance team and develop plans and schedules for the maintenance
-work has been done on the establishment of the factory from the beginning and
development of plans for the lines of electrical power and lights, loads, earthing and water and compressed air of the compressor for the machines and drainage of the machines.
-installation of all machines of the factory from beginning and install all connections to run the machines . installation of chiller and compressor machines and their connections and control.
Detection of electrical faults in the machines and dealing with classic control and plc, sensors and all components of electrical circuits.
Work to reduce faults and solve quick solutions to problems and reduce consumption and the work of schedules of the periodicity of the machines.

تم العمل للتخطيط وتنفيذ مشروع أقامه مصنع لشركه يونيفرسال مصر في مجال سلندر آت الطباعة rotogravaur cylinders كما تم تثبيت الماكينات بجميع خدماتها من الطاقه الكهربيه وخدمات المياه والتبريد والهواء المضغوط وإكمال العمل كمدير للصيانه بالشركه حتي الآن والعمل علي تطوير الماكينات التي تم استراد ها مستعمله واصلاحها بشكل تام. وتتلخص بعض خبراتي في١. الصيانه بشكل عام للماكينات والمرافق كهربيا وميكانيكا ٢.الالمام التام بانظمه التحكم الآلي الكهربي والتحكم باستخدام اجهزه plc التحكم الآلي المنطقي وجميع أعمال الكلاسيك كونترول وادوات التحكم من اجهزه استاتك كونترول و الريليهات والكونتاكتورات والافرلود واجهزه الاستشعار proximity بمعظم انواعها وجميع مايتم استعماله في مجال التحكم الآلي ولوحات التوزيع الكهربي للمصنع. ويتلخص في مايلي
١. التصميم والتركيب للوحات التحكم الآلي ولوحات التوزيع والاضاءه
٢.صيانه الأعطال الكهربيه للماكينات في المصانع
٣.معظم الصيانات الميكانيكية للماكينات في الصانع
٤ صيانه المرافق ومطات تنقيه المياه ووحده الro وdi الخاصه بتقليل الأملاح وconductivity للمياه
٥. صيانه وحدات التبريد الرئيسي(الشيلرات)
٦.صيانه وحدات ضغط الهواء الكمبروسور كاطلس كوبكو
٧.صيانه الاوناش crans كهربيا وتصميم لوحات التحكم لها و الصيانات الكهربيه
٨.الالمام النام بجميع أعمال السباكة والتركيب آت الخاصه بها
٩.جميع أعمال تركيبات الخطوط الكهربيه و الأحمال والإضاءة
١٠.صيانه جميع مضخات المياه بأنواعها الأفقية والراسيه وتصميم وتركيب لوحات التشغيل الكهربي لها.
١١. جميع الأعمال الاداريه وربط اداره الصيانه بالhrوالاداره الماليه واداره المبيعات ومتابعه جميع العمليات مع جميع إدارات المصنع وعمل جداول الصيانات الدوريه للماكينات واحتياجات الماكينات اليوميه والشهريه ولسنويه والاستوكات الخاصه بالماكينان
١١. تركيب خطوط الإنتاج كامله بجميع خدماته الكهربيه وغير ذلك من الاحتياجات
١٢.تصميم كل مايلزم للماكينات والتطوير المستمر للخدمات لزياده كفاءه الماكينات

بكالوريوس هندسه قسم القوي الكهربيه والالات 2006 وتم بدايه العمل 2007 دوره تشغيل والتحكم في الماكينات في مصنع النصر للمسبوكات التدريب في مركز الشبكات جنوب القاهره حول محولات الطاقه كمحولات التوزيع ٦٤ك ودراسه لأعمال السركيت بريكر وغاز fs6 ودوره تحكم الي كلاسك. معهد السالزيان دوره التحكم كلاسك
