Responsible for managing a dedicated group of Service Engineers for individual projects in UAE Perform and assist installation and service on-site where and when required.
Liaise internally with the Head of Service / Management and Project Management.
Analyses of spare-parts required for overhaul and upgrades.
Responsible for installation, site acceptable tests, and commissioning of the company machineries when required
Machine relocation, assessment of systems, pre-installation inspection Assessment of system, installation / service
Respond to customer escalations quickly and follows through to confirm amicable solution. Reports and Evaluation
Responsible for timely and accurate completion of all administrative reports as defined by the management
Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving operations of the machines
Total Knowledge of UAE industrial market Zones, Familiar with UAE roads all routes
Responsible to generate MIS of DDS Department.(Dubai Direct Sales)
Working in Consumer Banking Dept.
Responsible to solve the pending Applications on daily & urgent basis to ensure quality service to our Customers.
System familiar with ERP software Finacle (CRM, CORE BANKING, DELTA), for Customers Account History.
Responsible to generate the MIS for Productivity/Achievement/Percentage/headcount contribution of Dept,
Responsible to create new reports and MIS as needed by our SM & HOD,
Responsible for maintaining the Daily Approvals Tracker, TL’s Tracker From the Finacle (Software)
Responsible for creating the report for Sales Agent Analysis Week wise (Submission and Approvals wise)
Accounts opening for the Customers from Pay Roll Companies,
Daily Application checking as per policy of our Bank / Organization.
Making Electronic Hands-off for the team.
Shift Planning; Production Supervision; Material & Man Power Handling; Quality - Product & Raw Material; machine Service and Maintenance - Tool Room Service etc.
