• الاشراف ومتابعة تنفيذ الدورة المستندية للشركة بداية من اعداد قيود اليومية حتى الحسابات الختامية ( قائمة الدخل وقائمة المركز المالي )
• اعداد جميع التقارير الماليه الشهرية والربع سنوية ، مستخدماً النسب والمؤشرات المالية المختلفه .
• متابعة اوامر الشراء والرسائل الاستيرادية والتخليص الجمركي واعداد حسابات التكلفة الاستيراديه .
• اعداد كشوف المرتبات الشهرية لموظفي الشركة ، وحساب ضريبة كسب العمل .
• اعداد اقرارات ضريبة القيمة المضافة الشهرية للشركة .
• اعداد الموازنات التقديرية السنوية للشركة ، ومتابعها تحققها .
- Supervising the Preparing of the regular accounting cycle from Journal entries till the balance sheet.
- Analyzing & controlling the Monthly & quarterly reports issued from the department such as trial balance, Accounts receivable, payable & bank statements.
- Responsible for purchase orders & related issues to it like shipment, prices & discounts.
- Preparing the monthly payroll.
- Helping in achieve the company's target by cost reduction & helping in controlling the DM & DL cost.
- Making annual budget & helping in fix the variances.
- Preparation of revenue statistical & financial analysis on the company's activity.
