Driving operational improvements, maximising the value of the asset base while ensuring a tight control on operational cost; Responsible for monitoring and continually improving standards of performance and quality within the operation;
• Was an opening team member of all restaurant projects and involved in various aspects
• Coordinate with Architect and Engineers for project design and finalization
