As project consultant my tasks included but not limited to designing, preparing B.O.Q, Budgeting, evaluating participating bidders and recommending the successful bidder, Supervising and reporting project workflow advancement to Head of Services Department, delivery of Project up to standards, Furniture design and delivery of Disaster Recovery Center...

Reporting directly to CEO. Responsible for handling the entire export department, by developing new markets while managing existing markets. Ensure the highest level of customer service, lead the customer service team to deliver proactive service to international customers, deliver the assigned cluster target, manage and drive the standardized global process and introduce the processes into the team. Implement process improvements and improve productivity to increase scores. Ensure top performance on customer care, actively building strong relationships with customers and gaining understanding of their businesses and service needs. Actively seeking and continuously improving opportunities with relation to international potential customers worldwide. Participate in improving projects while fully focusing on achieving the export department objective.

Establishing a market share for both office and home furniture on wholesale scale level, through developing new clients, presenting concepts and establishing contacts within the industry. Collect payments within payment periods. Ensure customers’ requirements fulfilled and documented. Attend to customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure full market coverage for east Beirut up to North (Tripoli), submit a weekly project report update.
